2.Give you a sense of the market. To help you decide on a fair price that’s based on current market value, we will provide you with a thorough analysis rooted in a 7 step process that includes information on how much other properties in your area have sold for - and much more.
3.Submit the listing to MLS®. We will include multiple high quality, professional photos of your property – and plenty of information to entice buyers.
4.Promote your property. We’ll get the word out in a step by step strategic approach. Your listing will be featured in a variety of quality materials that integrates print, online, and our powerful personal network along with any other marketing vehicle that taps directly into the maximum pool of potential qualified buyers.
5.Promote your property to fellow REALTORS® via phone calls, emails personal meetings – whatever it takes to reach potential buyers. Keep in mind, working with a licensed realtor like Mark or Susan is the most effective way to tap into over 770 professional realtors across the Lakelands Real Estate Board, not to mention over 70,000 across Ontario, each with their own buyers who may have interest in your property.
6.Follow up after every viewing. We will contact you after every showing to let you know the potential buyers’ level of interest, and tell you what types of comments they made about your property.
7.Keep in touch throughout the process. You’ll never have to guess where things stand with the sale of your property – we will contact you regularly with updates. And if you have any questions, we are available to answer them – seven days a week. We welcome your calls or emails anytime.
